This booklet summarizes the experiences of active users of essentials oils and informs which oils people generally use to provide support for over 250 issues. The oil applications are well described including illustrations for example showing reflex points. A short explanation of nutritional supplements containing essential oils has also been added.

The authors included especially detailed information on the  „fragrance and its effect on mood and emotions“, which is why this aspect of each single oil is described separately. Also included included in the 2019 edition are descriptions of the emotional oil, yoga and kids collection blends.
